  2. ANTÍGENOS DEL SISTEMA AB0 • En 1900 Karl Landsteiner. • Dos Ag: A y B. Dan lugar a cuatro grupos: A, B, AB y O. Distinguir entre el fenotipo y el genotipo.

  3. SUSTANCIA H • Los genes están relacionados con el sistema Hh. • El gen H sintetiza la sustancia H. • Unida al gen A o al B forman sustancia A o B. • El sujeto hh es el fenotipo Bombay • Se comportan como el grupo O.

  4. SISTEMA SECRETOR Y VARIACIONES DE LOS Ag ABO • Los grupos están en las secreciones (semen o saliva). • El gen secretor es Se (dominante) y el se (recesivo). • Además hay variaciones débiles de los genes A y B.

  5. ANTICUERPOS ABO • Estos Ac son naturales. • Hacen que los grupos tengan interés transfusional. • Son IgG o IgM.
