  1. La dirección y el personal del Departamento de Laboratorios del Servicio Fitosanitario del Estado, se comprometen a realizar sus actividades de diagnóstico de plagas, control de calidad y análisis de residuos de agroquímicos de manera tal, que se garanticen resultados técnicamente validos. Además, se comprometen a dar a conocer su sistema y política de Calidad, a promoverlo, divulgarlo y ejecutarlo, cumpliendo con las buenas prácticas de laboratorio, las políticas, procedimientos y demás estándares de calidad establecidos en la norma INTE-ISO/IEC 17025:2005; así como la mejora continúa de su sistema con el fin de lograr la plena satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos de los Laboratorios. _______________ Gestora de Calidad Laboratorios ____________________ Jefatura Departamento Laboratorios
