  3. PRIA II SAP Coding • PRIA II budgets 5-6 months for SAPs • Not all new PIP issues require an SAP! • What happens if I was billed for an SAP, but BPPD determines that one isn’t necessary? • No PRIA reclassification of pending actions • Discretionary refunds • Time recovery? (case-by-case)
