Website Levels • The Level 6, or Commissioner Level: • Can update the Jurisdiction Communication list, Annual Reports, Exemption database and Tax Rates. • Can vote on ballots. • Can sign up, edit and delete users in their jurisdiction for the IFTA, Inc. website and the Clearinghouse. • Read only access for Program Compliance, Clearinghouse Information, Decal Specifications and Important Information.

  6. Level 5: • Can update the Jurisdiction Communication list, Annual Reports, Exemption database and Tax Rates. • Can sign up, edit and delete users in their jurisdiction for the IFTA, Inc. website and the Clearinghouse. • Read only access for Program Compliance, Clearinghouse Information, Decal Specifications and Important Information.

  7. Level 4: • Can update the Jurisdiction Communication list, Annual Reports, Exemption database and Tax Rates. • Read only access for Program Compliance, Clearinghouse Information, Decal Specifications and Important Information.

  8. Level 3: • Can update the Jurisdiction Communication list, Annual Reports and Exemption database. • Read only access for Program Compliance, Clearinghouse Information and Decal Specifications.

  9. Level 2: • Can update the Jurisdiction Communication list. • Read only access for Program Compliance, Clearinghouse Information and Decal Specifications.

  10. Level 1: • Read only access for the Jurisdiction Communication list, Program Compliance and Clearinghouse Information.
