Profiling Working Group Update to COPS December 9, 2015

The Load Profiling Working Group (PWG) provides an update on the Nodal Protocols Section 18 review and the decision to rescind the draft NPRR due to unintended impacts on Load Profiling Guide Section 16. The remaining LPG review items will be discussed at the next PWG meeting on December 16.

  2. Annual Validation Update

  3. NP Section 18 Final Review PWG performed a final review of Nodal Protocols Section 18, Load Profiling, and agreed to submit the draft NPRR for posting and numbering. However, after reviewing feedback received from Market Rules, PWG leadership decided to rescind submittal of the NPRR due to unintended impacts to Load Profiling Guide Section 16. PWG leadership decided upon this course of action to avoid unnecessary efforts to correct Section 16 which will ultimately be deleted as part of the larger Load Profiling Guide review carried out by PWG.
