  2. Tribunal de Justicia • Se ocupa del cumplimiento de las leyes comunitarias. • Se componen de : un juez y ocho abogados generales. • Son designados por los gobiernos de la Unión Europea. • La sede es el Tribunal Supremo, Madrid.

  4. Tribunal de Cuentas • Controla que el dinero de la UE se utilice de forma correcta. • Esta compuesto por el Congreso de los Diputados y por parte del Senado. • Son designados seis por el Congreso de los Diputados y otros seis por el Senado. • La Sede es el Tribunal de Cuentas Supremo.
