A concept in nuclear planning. Goals – Take notes and analyze an article. Discuss viewpoints using text-based arguments. Homework – Write a well thought out answer to the following for discussion tomorrow: Is intelligence fixed at birth or can people become more intelligent? Use text-based arguments in your answer.
