  3. MATEMATICA FIANANCIERA • La matemática financiera es una rama de la matemática aplicada que estudia las variaciones cuantitativas que se producen en los capitales financieros en el transcurso del tiempo.

  4. HABLANDO CON VALORES NETOS • Es un procedimiento que permite calcular el valor presente de un determinado número de flujos de caja futuros, originados por una inversión. La metodología consiste en descontar al momento actual (es decir, actualizar mediante una tasa) todos los flujos de caja futuros del proyecto. A este valor se le resta la inversión inicial, de tal modo que el valor obtenido es el valor actual neto del proyecto.

  5. USO DE EXCEL FIANCIERO • Consiste en introducir todos los datos de un problema propuesto en un libro de cálculos de Excel como en las siguientes imágenes.

  6. A CONTINUACION UNA DEMOSTRACION DE LA SOLUCION DE UN PROBLEMA PROPUESTO POR FUNCION

  8. Paso 2: en la selección de categorías elige financieras

  9. Paso 3: en la selección de función elige valor final (vf)

  10. Finalmente dale clic en aceptar y resultado se mostrara como

  11. POR FORMULA • CONSISTE EN REEMPLAZAR LOS DATOS SEGÚN LA FORMULA DE LA OPERACIÓN
