Gibt’s was Neues? • Ausgefeiltere Klassifikationen (Grundlagenarbeit) • Prozedurenkataloge bleiben heterogen (verschiedene Ziele) • Internationaler Vergleich (?) • Datenquantität • Datenqualität (unter ökonomischem Druck) • Daten für Forschung und Lehrefür Epidemiologie / Klinik (Krebsregister) • Gesundheitsstatistiken werden von Medien & Gesundheitspolitik gezielt eingesetzt

Dokumentation in den Sektoren / Disziplinen • Patientencharakteristika / -phänomene • Abstraktion: Diagnose / Symptome (+/- Schweregrad) • Abstraktion: Morbidität (Kombination von Diagnosen) • Leistung (+/- Geldwerten) • Abstraktion: Leistungspositionen (+/- Geldwerten) • +/- Outcome • OKP / GKV - VVG / Zusatzleistungen - sozial gedeckt Arzt Pflege Paramedizin Technik

Neue oder veränderte Ziele ? • Zwang zur leistungs- / abgeltungsbezogenen Dokumentation • Früher: freiwillig standardisiert (Self-Reporting von Qualität) • Heute: Gesetzlich reglementiert • Grosser Aufwand • Keine direkte Verbesserung der Versorgung „Die Natur heilt ... ... der Arzt schickt die Rechnung.“
