  2. En Rhône-Alpes, il y a - les stations de ski- la bonne bouffe - mais également un dossier patient sur internet.

  3. Au regard de l’industrie les hôpitaux accusent en général un retard important en gestion d’entreprise et tout particulièrement en système d’information. • Et pourtant le dossier patient en Rhône-Alpes est technologiquement à la pointe.

  4. D P P R Dossier Patient • Car c’est celui du patient et pas seulement un dossier médical Partagé • Car ce n’est pas une messagerie sécurisée mais bien un espace de partage d’informations. Réparti • Car l’information n’est pas centralisée mais répartie sur des gisements éclatés.

  6. Le DPPR est porté par toute la région Rhône-Alpes : aussi bien coté des acteurs (Ville + Hôpitaux) que du coté des financements (ARH, URCAM, Conseil Régional). • C’est une dossier multi-pathologie, structuré ayant pour objectif d’être le plus exhaustif possible.

  7. Projet lancé en 2000 • Opérationnel depuis Janvier 2005 • Avec une montée en charge sur 3 ans • 50 000 dossiers actifs fin 2005 • 1 000 000 dossiers actifs fin 2006

  8. Et le DMP dans tout cela ! • La région Rhône-Alpes est candidate pour une expérimentation DMP à l’automne. • Car cela sera pour nous, un accélérateur • Car cela est possible sans tout casser • Car notre niveau d’avancement permettra une réelle expérimentation pour le GIP-DMP.
