    2. Sykehistorie I: 62 r mann Opr. Ca. coli 1999 Desember 02, subileus/ obstipasjon Fra januar, magesmerter. Glandler retroperitonealt, ve.hydronefrose April ve. J-splint Mai 2003: 12 kg vekttap, svnvansker, 1-2 PF v/ behov (kvalm, obstipasjon).Tiltak: Morfinmix 10 mg + Afipran. Dolcontin 30 mg x 2, Afipran 20 mg x 3-4, laktulose og laxoberal, morfinmixt. 10 mg v/behov. Ca. 10 mter med helsevesenet. Basal smertebehandling.
