Cooperative procurement • Contract term: Five-year initial term with five one-year renewal options (or any combination of the renewal periods). • RFP included requirements of National Capital Region • Page 12-13 of RFP, Section 28 Use of Contract by Other Public Bodies: Included cooperative procurement language to extend the contract, with the authorization of the Contractor, to other public bodies, or public agencies or institutions of the United States to permit their use of the contract at the same prices and terms of the contract with allowance for adding terms and conditions required by statue, ordinances, and regulations of the participating public body. • Page 4 of RFP, Section 7 Cost Proposal Instructions, Paragraph 7.3: Included language to allow scope expansion to include PSAPs in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of VA.
