  2. Asociado con la liberación de TNF y/o FAP > 1-3 días post infusión > Durante la infusión (Premedicación: Paracetamol, Ibuprofeno, Metamizol)

  4. Durante la infusión - 24 hrs. Post infusión Tx con Corticosteroides durante Infusión y por 3 días (beneficioso)

  5. Análisis retrospectivo reciente : 0,6% > Durante las primeras 24 hrs.

  6. Pocos casos reportados > Durante las primeras 24 hrs.

  7. 40 Casos reportados de RA en pacientes con Ac Anti-IgA desde 1968 Pacientes con IVC +Ac Anti-IgA > Predisposición Reacciones Anafilactoideas. 88 IVC: 8 +Ac Anti-IgA (IgA<0,0009 g/l) 5 Historia de RA (4 toleraron SCIG)
