  1. Expedientes Resueltos por la Dirección Jurídica y Desarrollo Normativo (DJDN) De acuerdo con el artículo 71, fracción II, de la LTAIPDF, el Pleno del InfoDF es el órgano facultado para investigar, conocer y resolver los recursos de revisión que en términos de dicho ordenamiento legal se interpongan; por su parte, la fracción VII del mismo artículo le otorga la facultad de emitir su Reglamento Interno. La fracción III, del mismo artículo de este último ordenamiento dispone que, en relación con los recursos de revisión que se interpongan con base en la LTAIPDF y la LPDPDF, es atribución de la Dirección Jurídica y Desarrollo Normativo (DJDN): • Desecharlos cuando no encuadren en las hipótesis de procedencia previstas en dichas leyes; • Tenerlos por no interpuestos cuando no cubran los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 78 de la LTAIPDF; y, • Sobreseerlos ante el desistimiento expreso del recurrente.

Nota Los datos, cantidades y estadísticas que se señalan están actualizadas al 30 de Septiembre de 2013, por lo que se aclara que las cifras totales y representaciones gráficas pueden no coincidir con lo reportado en el Informe Anual 2012 del Info DF, debido a que el cierre de la información para el citado documento, se realizó al 19 de diciembre de 2012.
