SR 826 / Palmetto Expressway Project Bird Road/Miller Drive Interchange • Currently Under Construction • Funding Partnership with MDX • Anticipated Completion Date – June 2012 • Construction Cost - $176.9 M SR 826/SR 836 Interchange • Currently Under Construction • Partnership with MDX • Federal Stimulus Funding • Anticipated Completion Date – November 2014 • Construction Cost - $559 M

Miami Intermodal Center • Consolidated Rental Car Facility is 98% completed (Construction Cost - $325 M) • Scheduled for May 2010 Opening • MIC/MIA Station under Construction (Construction Cost - $43.1 M) • Transit Lines under Construction • MIC Central Station to begin construction – Fall 2010 (Construction Cost - $108.6 M) • Total Program Cost - $1.7 B

Port of Miami Tunnel • October 15, 2009 Reached Final Accord on the Construction of the Port of Miami Tunnel • Construction Activity to Begin in 7 months, Actual Tunnel Boring to Begin in 2 years • Tunnel is Expected to be Operational in 4 - 1/2 years • POMT is a Partnership between the FDOT, Miami-Dade County, the City of Miami and other local stakeholders • Construction Cost - $607 million
