Objetivos y enfoque de la Movilidad desde el PLAN MAESTRO DE MOVILIDAD METROPOLITANA. Estrategias para la implementación de acciones – ACUERDO DE VOLUNTADES. MARCO CONCEPTUAL ANTECEDENTES Demostración de la problemática actual y proyección de efectos previsibles: Movilización de la población por modos y tipos de transporte, velocidad promedio por corredores y zonas prioritarias, parque automotor e índice de crecimiento, acciones implementadas y logros alcanzados. OBJETIVOS Propiciar el compromiso del AMCO y de los gremios, instituciones y organizaciones de Pereira, Dosquebradas y La Virginia, a mejorar las condiciones de movilidad, en el entendido que ésta implica del concurso de todos los actores que se desplazan por la metrópoli y de los agentes económicos y sociales. ACTIVIDADES A DESARROLLAR Comité técnico – Comité Metropolitano de Movilidad. Acción contingente para una mejor movilidad Campaña de uso racional de vehículo particular. Prevención y seguridad vial para los motociclistas. Organización conjunta del “Día de la movilidad”. Monitoreo de corredores Seguimiento. COMPROMISOS Actores: Ministerio de transporte, Invías, AMCO, CARDER, Secretaría de infraestructura departamental, Organismos de tránsito, Secretarías municipales (planeación, gobierno, infraestructura, cultura), Gremios de la producción y del transporte, Asociaciones profesionales (arquitectos e ingenieros), Asojuntas. Plan de acción: Compromisos e indicadores, recursos (técnicos, logísticos, económicos, etc.), plazos, responsables.
