PROCURADURIA PARA LA DEFENSA DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS • Su objeto es el de velar por la protección, promoción y educación de los Derechos Humanos y por la vigencia irrestricta de los mismos • Se entenderá por derechos humanos los civiles y políticos, económicos, sociales y culturales y los de la tercera generación contemplados en la Constitución, Leyes y Tratados vigentes; así como los contenidos en declaraciones y principios aprobados por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas o la Organización de Estados Americanos
