  2. La justicia dato a dato 2010 ofrece un panorama esperanzador pese a la crisis económica que amenazaba con colapsar el sistema judicial español

UNA JUSTICIA DE CALIDAD: UNA JUSTICIA LABORIOSA Y EFICAZ UNA JUSTICIA ÁGIL: 4meses de duración media en primer instancia y 12 en el Tribunal Supremo La Tasa de confirmación de resoluciones se sitúa en un 94% Se incrementa el número de resoluciones y desciende el crecimiento de asuntos en trámite

  4. Afrontamos con cierto optimismo el futuro, si bien es necesario reforzar la implicación de las Administraciones para ofrecer una mejor respuesta a los ciudadanos.
