  1. HEMANGIOMAS HEPÁTICOS ATÍPICOS • HEMANGIOMA TÍPICO • tumor hepático benigno más frecuente • Prevalencia: 1-2% a 20% según series. • F:M → 2:1 • Asintomáticos • Tamaño: < 3 cm

HEMANGIOMAS HEPÁTICOS ATÍPICOS HEMANGIOMA TÍPICO • Ecografía: • lesión homogénea hiperecogénica, bien definida y con realce acústico posterior. • TC: • -preCIV → lesión hipodensa • -postCIV → realce periférico nodular precoz en fase arterial (similar al realce de la aorta); llenado centrípeto hasta que el realce es uniforme en fases posteriore; el realce persiste en fases tardías • RM: • bien definidas; • T1: hipointensos; T2: hiperintensos (similar al LCR) • postGd → similar a TC
