Analyse • Component registratie • Aantal beslissingen dienen nog te worden genomen • Component aangifte: • SAD aangifte afgerond: • Basis informatie verkregen vanwege experten • Ontbreken nog validatieregels • Financiële component: • Zo goed als afgerond • Aantal sub-componenten zijn reeds geïmplementeerd en uitgetest. • Goederenstromen of goederencomptabiliteit: • Analyse wordt beëindigd einde december • Stukken zijn reeds in ontwikkeling

SAD Volledig – Web toepassing Upgrade 1e module wordt opgeleverd 09 januari 2006 • Voornaamste aanpassingen: • De horizontale en verticale scrolling wordt tot minimum beperkt • Een aantal drop downs worden toegevoegd • Bijkomende testen op niveau front end • Look en feel werd aangepast. • Mogelijkheden: • Insturen van een SAD aangifte (alle procedures en types) • Annuleren van een SAD aangifte • Wijzigen van een SAD aangifte

SAD Volledig – B2G toepassing • De volgende versie’s van de MIG-’s zullen op 9 januari 2006 geïmplementeerd zijn: • SAD xml 1.8 • SAD EDIFACT uitvoer V1.6 • SAD EDIFACT uitvoer V1.6 • Let wel: bepaalde nieuwe velden worden niet gemapt • Een overzicht van deze velden zal op site worden geplaatst • foutmelding • Bijkomende publicaties: • Validatieregels zoals aanwezig in de versie van 9 januari 2006 • Correlatie tabel XML – EDIFACT – velden enig document • Mogelijkheden: • Zijn identiek aan de web toepassing.

The Trade Reference group • Limited number of participant: max 5 • Representative for the different segments of trade that could be considered from the point of view of registration and identification, i.e. • multinationals that have branches in different countries who are active on their turn in more than one country • operators acting in a centralized way • operators acting from distributed profit centers that do not have juridical independency • small and medium sized operators • operators established in one country only but with activities in clients and providers spread over many countries. • service providers: carriers, handlers, forwarders, customs brokers, … • ….. • Project meeting of 19/1/2006 will make selection from the received proposals, trying to get a representative mix of the different segments

  24. TRG – resource estimate • Traveling and hotel cost for 2 times a full day (10:00 – 18:00) plenary meeting, possibly with break out groups on partial issues, in March and September 2006. An additional meeting before summer holiday might be necessary. This is to be evaluated on the Jan 2006 meeting. • 20% – 40% FTE for electronic contribution on proposals: news groups, review of documents, … • Information sessions to trade groups you can be considered representative for the represented segment of trade, with feed back and reporting on results to the project group. • Contribution to the Trade Contact Group Briefings of April and November 2006: each 2 days preparation (1 man day for electronic exchange spread over 14 days and 1 day meeting) and 1 day for briefing
