DISCLAIMER What is discussed today is informational only; it is meant to assist interested teams in the pursuit of this project. The ultimate Contract requirements will be included in the Request for Proposals (RFP). There may be changes between now and the time – if any – that the RFP is issued. It is fully expected that an RFP will be issued for this project, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Design-Build Low Bid • Two Part Low Bid • RFQ issued, 2-5 “most highly qualified” teams shortlisted. • RFP will be issued following shortlisting. • ATCs will be accepted; considering 5 per team • A ‘technical proposal’ is still required, but it is only the legal forms. This must be determined responsive • Stipends of $35,000 will be granted to teams who submit responsive price proposals • The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder that meets all Contract requirements.
