Aim To enhance the proficiency of security staff in processing ship stores for delivery into the port facility.
Objectives Security staff to process documents for ship stores according to procedures in the PFSP.
Desired Outcomes • Security staff will be able to: • Check the schedule for delivery of ship’s stores. • Properly screen of vehicles entering the port facility. • Detect anomalies in documentation for ship stores
Control Team • Chief Controller: PFSO, Mr. AAA • Ship and ship’s agent to be informed • Simulators • Driver 1 – Mr. XXX • Driver 2 – Mr. YYY
Players • Security staff
Materials • Goods screening equipment • 2 x delivery vehicle and 2 sets of stores • A set of incomplete document for the 2nd delivery
Scenario Two vehicles with consignments of ship’s store for ships in the port facility will attempt to make their deliveries without informing the port facility in advance.
Controller Tasks • Vehicle 1 will attempt to deliver the stores with the proper documents and actual stores but without informing the port facility • Vehicle 2 will attempt to deliver the stores with incomplete documents and actual stores and also without informing the port facility • Carry the “Letter of Identification” and • tender it if harassed

Safety • Physical safety of personnel is paramount • There is to be no physical contact between players and controllers acting as intruders, etc. • Security staff are not to use abusive language when talking to controllers acting as “intruders” • Do not neglect the safety of equipment
