Status pripreme • Biznis plan and finansijski model: projektovana je stabilna finansijska situacija • Zakonodavni okvir: konsultacije sa Centralnom bankom Crne Gore (uz pomoć Evropskog udruženja garantnih fondova – AECM) • Prikupljanje sredstava: konsultacije sa bankama, udruženjima i Vladom, kako bi se prikupio početni kapital (predviđeno je i učešće od strane donatora)
