Functie 1: preventie, vroegdetectie, vroeginterventie • Opstart forum functie 1 (nov. 2011) met deelnemers uit eerstelijn en ggz • Uitwisseling visieteksten, standpunten, ideeën • Prioritaire actiepunten: • 1a: provinciale portaalwebsite • 1b: a) consultdesk b) hulp bij verwijzing c) deskundigheidsbevordering

  2. Provinciale portaalwebsite • Brede publiek: informatie over psychisch welzijn en problemen, het zorgaanbod, zelftesten • Hulpverleners: info en tools mbt. signaaldetectie, deskundigheidsbevordering • Linken met website-initiatieven van VVGG en GOAL • Provinciaal, dus projectregio-overstijgend

  3. Consultdesk • Gezondheidsconsultdesk: • Expertenadvies via telefoon met website • Algemene en specifieke vragen • Beschikbaar op piekmomenten (10-13u – 17-18u) • Sociale consultdesk: • intelligente sociale kaart op maat • één telefoonnummer • doelgroep: breder dan ggz

Hulp bij verwijzing • Eerstelijnspsycholoog • Breed terrein van psychologische hulpverlening • Schakelfiguur naar meer gespecialiseerd netwerk • Eénmalige snelle psychiatrische consultatie • Eerstelijnmogelijkheid geven tot snel, éénmalig consult • Niet met oog op opname, wel om zelf verder te kunnen • Opvolging: psychiater neemt contact met verwijzer

  5. Deskundigheidsbevordering • CEBAM (Belg. Centrum Ev. BasedMed. - RIZIV) methodologische cursussen, literatuur • MDO PSY: deskundigheidsbevordering via concrete patiënten • Provinciale portaalwebsite

  6. Uitdagingen • Overzicht en linken ≠ initiatieven • Geen bijkomende middelen functie 1 – vooral problematisch in ontwikkelingsfase • Bijzondere uitdaging voor CGG: meer richten op vroege detectie en interventie • Uitbreiding forumleden • Patiëntenparticipatie
