  1. ECOGRAFÍA DE LA PIELONEFRITIS AGUDA:HALLAZGOS EN MODO-B *La ecografía demuestra desde un riñón normal a alteraciones de la ecoestructura cortical. Habitualmente en fase inicial aumenta la ecogenicidad y el tamaño renal y en infección severa existe pérdida de diferenciación corticomedular. Si progresa se identifica tendencia a la abscesificación y extensión al espacio perirrenal. *Aumento de ecogenicidad de las papilas renales, a nivel sinusal y de la grasa adyacente al hilio *Presencia de adenopatias hiliares *Dilatación y/o engrosamiento del urotelio de la vía urinaria.

  2. ECOGRAFÍA DE ALTA RESOLUCIÓN DE LA PIELONEFRITIS AGUDA:HALLAZGOS EN MODO-B Engrosamiento de urotelio e hiperecogenicidad sinusal Aumento de ecogenicidad cortical.

  3. ECOGRAFÍA DE ALTA RESOLUCIÓN DE LA PIELONEFRITIS AGUDA:HALLAZGOS EN MODO-B Prominencia e hiperecogenicidad de las papilas. Pérdida de diferenciación corticomedular.

  4. ECOGRAFÍA DE ALTA RESOLUCIÓN DE LA PIELONEFRITIS AGUDA:HALLAZGOS EN MODO-B Adenopatía hiliar e hiperecogenicidad de la grasa parapiélica

  5. ECOGRAFÍA DE ALTA RESOLUCIÓN DE LA PIELONEFRITIS AGUDA:HALLAZGOS EN DE *Ausencia o disminución de la señal DC o DE cortical. *Mayor número y tamaño de vasos perirrenales y perforantes adyacentes al córtex inflamado.

  6. ECOGRAFÍA DE ALTA RESOLUCIÓN DE LA PIELONEFRITIS AGUDA:HALLAZGOS EN MODO-B Y DE Hipoecogenicidad focal cortical asociada a hipovascularidad correspondiente a PNA polar inferior.
