H7N9 医院内感染 预防与控制. ZHANG LI XIA. 建议公众加强自我防护 :. 1 、保持良好生活习惯。注意营养平衡，保持充足的睡眠和休息，旅行者多吃水果、多饮水，不吃不洁果蔬，不饮生水，不吸烟、不过量饮酒，避免疲劳。 2 、是注意保持个人卫生。勤洗手，家庭室内勤通风换气。打喷嚏、咳嗽、擦鼻涕要用纸巾、手帕掩盖口鼻。 3 、旅行期间，一旦出现发热、咳嗽、流涕等呼吸道症状，立即到医院诊治。 4 、外出踏青游玩，遇到不明野鸟不要近距离接触，看到病死野鸟不要接触，更不要捡回、剥食。避免直接接触、剥食病死家禽、病死猪等。
