Escríbalos en la columna (I). 2.- Escoger un objetivo financiero de la columna (I) y complete indicadores, metas e iniciativas estratégicas, columnas (II), (III) y (IV). 3.- ¿En que etapa del ciclo de vida se desarrollará su institución en los próximos años? ¿Debe modificar o mantener sus objetivos financieros? 4.- ¿Existe algún riesgo estratégico que debe controlar su institución?. Indicar cual es, Señalar objetivos, medidas, metas y acciones para controlar o reducir el riesgo estratégico.
