  2. NOSOLOGIE des FRACTURES ARTICULAIRES de la BASE de M1 • FRACTURES ARTICULAIRES de la BASE de M1 Fracture de BENNETT Gros fragment Fracture de ROLANDO Fracture de BENNETT petit fragment

  3. Traitement de la fracture de BENNETT à petit fragment • Traitement chirurgical • Réduction par manœuvre externe • Ostéosynthèse à foyer fermé par embrochage intermétacarpien percutané. • Immobilisation 6 sem –attelle commissurale.

  4. Traitement des Fractures de BENNETT à gros fragment • Traitement chirurgical à ciel ouvert. • Voie palmaire (GEDDA MOBERG) ou dorsale (CANTERO) • Réduction – ostéosynthèse par vissage simple, parfois plaque vissée. • Rééducation immédiate

  5. Traitement des fractures de ROLANDO • Traitement chirurgical à ciel ouvert • Réduction – ostéosynthèse apposée en juxtacortical: plaque vissée. • Rééducation immédiate.

  6. Traitement des fractures comminutives de la base de M1 • Fixateur externe • Trapézo- métacarpien • Quadrilatère: métacarpo-métacarpien
