  3. AMENOREA • DEFINISI : TIDAK DATANG HAID • Tidak menarke pada usia baligh [16 tahun] KEHILANGAN HAID • Tidak datang haid selama 3-6/12 bagi wanita ada haid yang regular sebelum ini

  4. JENIS-JENIS : • Amenorea Primer • Haid tidak dtg pd usia baligh • Amenorea sekunder • Ketiadaan menstruasi

  5. ETIOLOGI : • Anovulasi (tiada pengeluaran ovum) • Kehamilan • Menopause normal • Ubat-ubatan yg merencat gonadotropin eg: Danokrin & pil perancangan keluarga • Akibat kecacatan & malformasi major • Kecacatan anatomi • Kegagalan ovari • Anovulasi kronik

  6. CIRI-CIRI KLINIKAL : • Tiada kehamilan • Merah-kemerahan pd kulit (hot flashes) • Kekeringan vagina • Depresi PERAWATAN : • Terapi hormon estrogen-progesteron • Clomiphene Citrate • Medroxyprogestrone
