By the end of 6 weeks I want to lose 5 pounds and reduce my waist measurement by 1-2 inches.
I need to measure my waist and check my weight.(enter weight and waist measurement.)
Before I begin lifting weights I will max out on the machines I will be using and figure out 30% of that.
I will demonstrate progression by increasing the number of repetitions until I get to 20 and then I will increase the weight.
AT the end of 6 weeks I will max out again to see if there is any improvement.
I will also remeasure my waist and take my weight to check for improvement.
