Birinci derece akrabalarında kolorektal kanser ve adenomatöz polip, ülseratif kolit, CrohnHst., kalıtsal poliposis veya poliposis dışı sendrom öyküsü olan 40 yaş üstü kadın ve erkekler 50-70 yaş kadın ve erkekler KOLOREKTAL KANSER TARAMA AKIŞ ŞEMASI Testi uygulamayı anlat, ASM/evinde gaita toplama kabında bulunan gaitanın5 (beş) farklı yerine solusyoniçeren extraksiyon tüpünün kapağındaki çubuğu batırsın. 2 (iki) dakika çalkalayıp hemen/sonraki gün ASM’ye getirsin. (+) sonuç (-) sonuç (?) geçersiz Sonuç Kolonoskopi ve ileri tetkik için yönlendir AHBS’yegir ve TSM’ye bildir. 2 sene sonra tekrar kontrol için çağır. Testi tekrarla İZLE Nihai teşhisleri AHBS’ye gir ve TSM’ye bildir.
