De iWmo agenda • Doel is de informatievoorziening te hebben voor een werkend stelsel nieuwe Wmo 2015 • Kader voor onderwerp informatievoorziening transitie • Gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid realisatie en implementatie voor 1-1-2015 • Belangrijk voor: • Zorgcontinuïteit • Geen burgers tussen wal en schip • Voorkomen administratieve lasten verhoging • Basis voor verdere transformatie

De iWmo agenda Informatie over transitie Informatie van en aan de burger Beleids-informatie VWS (CBS) Beleids-informatie gemeenten Trekkings-rechten PGB (SVB) Vroege EB berekening Eigen bijdrage (CAK) Toewijzen, declareren aanbieders Informatie-systemen gemeenten Bepalen WLZ indicatie Samenwerk-inggem - verzekeraar

Uitgangspunten en randvoorwaarden • Vertaling vanuit en naar het beleid, inkoop en proces • Gericht op stelselafspraken, over domeingrenzen heen • Gemeenschappelijke taal • Implementatieondersteuning • Roadmap voor na 1-1-2015 • Besturing, beheer en financiering regelen • Privacy en informatiebeveiliging

  7. Stelling • Zonderstandaardengeenvrijheid • Informatievoorziening is de belangrijkstesuccesfactorvoor het slagen van de transitie/ decentralisatie • Als we nu de krachtenbundelen en hard gaanlopenzijn we nog op tijdklaar (omtevoldoenaan de iWmo agenda)
