  6. PREPARACIÓN DEL CAMPO QUIRÚRGICO • Inspección zona. • Limpieza. • Desinfección.

  7. ANESTESIA • Troncular. • Local. • Perifocal. • General.

  8. ASPIRACIÓN PARA CULTIVO

  9. INCISIONES • Requisitos de las incisiones • Tamaño adecuado. • Estética. • Práctica. • Respeto a estructuras anatómicas.

  10. LÍNEAS DE TENSIÓN O DE LANGER Son líneas de tensión o hendiduras de la piel que es característica de cada zona.

  11. DEBRIDAMIENTO • Rompe bandas fibrosas • Proporciona beneficio sintomático • Pinza hemostática curva paralela a los accidentes anatómicos
