De acuerdo a los datos Preliminares recogidos de los REM de las OIRS de los diferentes establecimientos de la Red ( Consultorios, Cecof, Cesfam, DSM y Hospitales ), durante el año 2011, se contabilizó un total de 1.231.295 actividades de atención. De estas 5219, constituyen Solicitudes Ciudadanas realizadas por los usuarios, que se distribuyen en : • Sugerencias: 293, • Felicitaciones: 1.653. • Reclamos: 3.273. Solicitudes Ciudadanas 2011

  3. Durante el año 2011, de acuerdo a los datos preliminares recogidos del REM Regional se recibieron Reclamos: 3.273. Clasificados en: Trato : 831 Competencia Técnica: 212 Infraestructura : 99 Tiempo de Espera : 1117 Información: 226 Procedimientos Administrativos: 713 Probidad : 32 Auge: 43 Clasificación de Reclamos
