  1. Torsión de ovario izquierdo con teratoma A B ★ ★ C D Figura 14: TC abdominal con contraste oral e intravenoso. Cortes axiales en pelvis (A-B) y reconstrucciones coronales (C-D). Masa pélvica, de atenuación heterogénea, de predominio graso y nódulo sólido con calcificación en su interior (nódulo de Rokitansky) compatible con teratoma (A, B y D). Se localiza sobre el fundus uterino en la línea media (A-B). Útero desplazado hacia la izquierda (A-C) y ascitis ( ★ en A-B).
