Enzim : • Ambil 10-20 ml madu • Tambahkan 5-10 tetesindikatoramylum 1% • Panaskanpadasuhu 400 C , 15-20 ‘ (jangansampaigosong) • Ambil 10-20 ml H2O + 5-10 tetesamylum 1%, panaskanpadasuhu yang sama • Teteskanlarutaniodium 0,01 M 1-2 tetespadalarutancontohdan air • Amati warna yang ada • Simpulkan
