  3. FEEDBACK FROM AGENCY • AIA separate from AIG group and post on Asia stock in near future. • Average avenue of AIG Vietnam: over 20 billion per month. • AIG life, in Hanoi region, there are about 200 trainees/ class

  8. TRAINING RESULT Ratio between passed/ register – AS • Attendance ratio of 5rd working month is a little lower than last month, especially Hanoi • Need to improve the ratio

  11. OTHER ACTIVITIES THIS MONTH • Revised CIW for sales • Assess trainers’ qualification • Support sales to open courses at Bac Giang & Hai Duong • AS II • Interviewed BM about activity tools • Checked applying activities tools into management.

  12. OTHER ACTIVITIES THIS MONTH • Training dept’s vision: TO BE A SALES DEPT’S TRUST FRIEND TO HELP SALES INSCREASING. • Training dept’s mission: WILLING TO SUPPORT SALES DEPT.
