  3. NEWS! • Test fee • Test fee: 70,000VND for the exam held by insurer • Test fee: 70,000VND for the exam hold by insurer & MOF • Test fee: 150,000VND for the exam held by MOF (MOF logistics) • Good news: No need to re-study to take a re-test but must pay test fee.

  4. NEWS! TEST FEE IN OTHER INSURERS • Not collect the test fee in each course from new agent. • Deduct from BM/SM’s salary. • BM/SM consider this fee is recruitment fee • ACE life, pay the test fee when submit recruitment document. • All life insurers don’t refund the test fee if agent reaches the target.

  5. NEWS! • AVI gathers all insurers on 30 Sep 09: • Content: Compile the same “Basic life insurance training program” to get license from MOF • Venue: Manulife office • Test result for new agents in other insurers: lower than before.

  10. 2. MANAGE VOUCHER • Refund test fee for qualified agents • If AS/IA get 3.5M PYFP, we refund the test fee by voucher • Estimate refund test fee in Aug 691 people * 70,000VND = 48M 15% qualified = 48M * 15% = 7.2M

  11. 3. The ratio of Lost and Register is 37% From 1st ~ 9th working month

  12. 3.1. Lost by not going to class: 28%

  13. 3.2. Lost by not finishing class: 6.1%

  14. 3.3. Lost by fail test: 2.8%

SOLUTION FOR REDUCE LOST RATIO • Ask regional sales follow up  BM give reasonable explanations in each weekly meeting • Increase the training quality all courses • Have mini test in each session to reduce fail ratio • Send the list of new agent with no production  BM give reasonable explanations in each weekly meeting.
