Connecting Research Presentation- Business Communications in Spanish Speaking Countries Research Presentation: Business Communications in Spanish-speaking Countries: 320 minutes Divide students in groups of 3 students. Each group will be assigned a Spanish-speaking country listed in the book, Kiss, Bow, or Shake Hands (Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Spain, Uruguay, Venezuela). Their task will be to design a five-minute PowerPoint or Prezi presentation on their assigned country to be presented to the class. To assist in their research, students need to use the Presentation Organizer. Also, distribute to each group the Presentation Rubric to use as a guide. Their notes for the presentation will be turned in for evaluation. Give students 2 – 3 class periods to prepare their presentation. Each group will give their presentation to the class. After each presentation, ask if class members have any questions and discuss briefly with the class. Use the Presentation Rubric to grade the presentations.
