  1. Procedimiento • Para acceder la opción de servicios al proveedor del portal debe solicitar su usuario y clave al correo dbernal@eeb.com.co, especificando en el asunto: «solicitud usuario y clave acceso portal proveedores EEB», en el detalle es necesario indicar nombre de la empresa y el Nit. • Recibirá a vuelta de correo su usuario y clave asignados. • En caso de requerir asistencia se puede comunicar al 3268000 ext.1516 con Daissy Bernal.

  2. Procedimiento • Recibirá a vuelta de correo usuario y clave asignadas. • Una vez reciba la información vía electrónica puede ingresar nuevamente al link servicio a proveedores. • A continuación encontrara de manera gráfica ayuda para ingresar al portal:

  3. 1. Seleccione la opción cancelar

  4. 2. Digite el usuario y clave recibidos vía electrónica. XXXXXX 3. Ingrese una nueva clave y confírmela

  5. Procedimiento • Una vez efectuado el proceso de registro en el portal podrá acceder a los servicios ofrecidos.
