  3. Preparando a Entrevista: • Planejar, montar um plano de entrevista • Receber os documentos disponíveis • Estudar todos os dados pertinentes à discussão • Procurar o Gerente de cada setor • Buscar o usuário específico de cada setor

  4. Durante a entrevista: • Não faça do roteiro um manual. • Ouvir de maneira atenta • Evitar interromper o informante • Confirmar • Evitar o uso excessivo de termos técnicos • Não estender muito • Se possível, grave a entrevista • Faça anotações

  5. Finalizando a Entrevista: • Agradecer • Remarcar continuação (se necessário). • Prometer mostrar o resumo escrito.
