3. Closed until further notice due to safety concerns with the rigging system • House can still be used for meetings and assemblies • All holiday concerts/events will be rescheduled at the J.P. Auditorium East Auditorium Stage!

4. A pass will be distributed to any student taking a class or fitting any of the following criteria : · An AP class · An IB class · Or 10th grade Honors CA class · A few 9th grade siblings. • Students should show their pass to their first period teacher to allow them to leave class to attend the ceremony. • We will collect the passes as the students enter to adjust their attendance. • AP, IB, and Honors CA teacher with 1st period classes will escort their classes to the ceremony and assist with the seating of the other students. • In addition – the band will be playing and will report to band directly at first period – and – all the Diploma candidates will be assisting with ceremony and reception preparation during 1st period. 5. ________________________ is invited to attend the IB Diploma Ceremony in the JPM Auditorium on December 20th. You are eligible to attend because you are enrolled in an AP or an IB class. Use this pass to be dismissed from your first period class at 8:45 to travel. I expect you to be seated by 8:55. The front rows are for parents and guests. Dates: • December 3 through December 18, 2013 • Goal: • Each homeroom collects 25-50 lbs. of food • Donations: • Water Street Rescue Mission • Collection: • Wednesday, December 18th by the McCaskey Campus Ski and Board Club and the Student Senate FACTS: Over the past thirteen years our campus has collected between 40 and 43 tons (yes - that is over 85,000 pounds!) of food. Over the past three years our campus has collected over 13 tons of food to donate to the Water Street Rescue Mission for those less fortunate around the holiday season as well as throughout the year. This year the Water Street Rescue Mission is again in dire need of food to replenish their dwindling food stock. We need your help! Holiday Homeroom Challenge (Holiday Food Drive)! Mr. Deardorff

11. The Post Prom Parent Committee is hosting two dinner events and they would love for you to come out and support by having dinner! All proceeds help to provide food, activities and prizes during post prom.    *However, they are also in need of a few volunteers to help and would greatly appreciate any time that could be given: *WILL BE RESCHEDULED AFTER THE HOLIDAY– McDonald’s on Franklin St. from 4 – 7 pm.  One hour increments Tuesday, December 17 – La Cocina at 111 E. King St. from 4 – 8 pm.  One hour increments 4 – 5pm 5 – 6 pm 6 – 7 pm 7 – 8 pm Please let Mrs. Susanne Anderson know if you are able to give an hour at one or both events.  We encourage those of you who teach seniors to have their parents get involved.  Parents can email Mrs. Anderson (slanderson@lancaster.k12.pa.us) if they are able to help.    McDonald’s/La Cocina Fundraisers
