  4. 2/25/14 Hall Sweep • Time: 9:00 am • Location: J.P. and East • Hall Sweeps: *Teachers lock door after tardy bell * No Hall Sweep: After tardy bell teachers allow entry and mark tardy

  5. Online Testing • In order to accommodate the new release of the “online” testing, IT has scheduled the following days for installation and prep: • McCaskey East – Monday, March 3, 2014 • McCaskey East – B102, B114, C110,C122, D100 (first period only), Library, and Laptop Cart in D118 • JP McCaskey – Tuesday, March 4, 2014 • JP McCaskey - Library, Business labs, 049, 2 new laptop carts, Language labs, 238.1-238.6

  6. ACCESS TESTING • ACCESS make-ups will continue until March 14th • March 14th periods 7 and 8 at both J.P. and East ACCESS Incentive for students • Thank you for all of your support with ACCESS testing the past few weeks • If you have any questions, please see Tamara and Sonya at JP and Ben S and Gabrielle M. at East. Also, Amber Hilt is available by phone and email at any time. 717-471-1305

  7. The new online learning module: PVAAS Roster Verification Process and System • This module is accessible through the PVAAS website at: https://pvaas.sas.com by clicking on the e-learning link which is located in the blue menu bar (via the PVAAS password protected website AND on the PVAAS Public Site. • This module provides flexible training on the Roster Verification process for teachers and administrators.

  8. Campus Parking Procedures • This is a friendly reminder that no one should be parking during school hours on the street in front of the East building. This is especially important over the next few weeks as crews are cleaning the area and travel areas are limited by snow piles.

  9. Library Passes • The staff in the library would like to remind teachers to please use the library passes for students being sent to the library. If you are in need of passes, please contact the library office at x31551 or x31550, for assistance.

  10. Pennies for Patients Campaign • 1) NHS students delivered Pennies for Patients boxes to every classroom on Thursday, February 6th • 2) Money will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society • 3) Boxes were collected and the monies counted each week by NHS students • 4) Donations were collected February 21, 2014 • 5) The campaign officially ends the close of school day February 28, 2014 • 6) Winning homerooms will be announced on the following Monday (3/3) or Tuesday (3/4)
