Attitude - understanding yourself and your motivation and setting and achieving your goals. Creativity - generating ideas, solving problems and creating opportunities. Relationships - expressing your own views and ideas, appreciating others’ viewpoints and working co-operatively. Organisation - being able to make informed decisions and fulfil your objectives by researching, planning and managing situations, opportunities and risk.

2. Career Skills Look at the job advertisements below to consider the importance of the four ACRO areas: 1. Rank each skills area 1- 4 (1 most important - 4 least important) for each advertisement 2. Referring back to the skills mentioned on the PowerPoint, list which would be most appropriate for each job advertised. Worksheet
Create your own CV in order to apply for ether one of these jobs, or one that you have selected using an online search engine. Remember to include all of your skills, along with examples of contexts in which they were demonstrated e.g. Write a letter/email to accompany your CV. You may wish to use a CV template. Worksheet
