Preview and TrendsError and Warning Corrections in 2010/1-42 • 52768 records delivered by Member States • 27175 records (51%) have errors or warnings • 8163 records have been auto-corrected • 19012 records reviewed manually • 10368 records corrected/upgraded manually • Most common errors and warnings: • Poor indexing consistency • Wrong subject categories • Wrong descriptors • Over indexing  low precision, high noise • Under indexing  low recall, missing results 35th ILO Meeting

Preview and TrendsMember States’ Responsibilities • Corrective measures by Member States • Wrong subject categories and descriptors check records in FIBRE • Over indexing avoid indexing over 20 descriptors • Under indexing  avoid indexing under 5 descriptors • Feedback by INIS • Error statistics by Member States • Reject records with severe errors • Report most common errors 35th ILO Meeting
