Academic Assessment • Needs Practice • Strengths • ESP “quiet-hours” • Used out of barracks study areas for all knobs and UC with a 2.5 GPA or lower (Library, Academic bldgs.) • Gaming System Privilege: Sophomores need Deans List or higher, Juniors and Seniors need a 2.5 or higher • Weaknesses • Violation of privileges (gaming systems, TV’s) • Underutilized tutors & Academic Support Center • Bringing A’s to Company Academic

Academic Pillar Strategy • Highlight “at-risk” cadets and develop academic plan • Midterms lower than a D • SI or professor once a week • Knob study hall by major (possibility) • Sophomores and juniors must have Deans List and above, seniors 2.5 cum GPA and above may having gaming system
Military Assessment • Needs Practice • Strengths • Improvements in discipline during parade • MRI’s (half punishment if CO checks off) • SMI performance improved • Utilizing EMI (ie: painting doors, painting the letter, sweep details, bathroom details, etc) • Weaknesses • Individual disciplinary actions (ie: shaving, uniform appearance, late to formation)

Military Pillar Strategy • Empower NCOs (Pick the right people for the job, ie: class of 2019) • Create alternative disciplinary actions to complement regular PRs (EMI!!) • Institute initial, monthly, and as needed counselings
Moral-Ethical Assessment • Trained • Strengths • Zero tolerance of situations regarding Honor • No sexual harassment/assault accusations • Weaknesses - Holding each other accountable with alcohol related incidents OFF-CAMPUS
Moral-Ethical Pillar Strategy • Empower people to have integrity and moral courage • Conduct case studies to create “real-world” connection
Physical Effectiveness Assessment • Needs Practice • Strengths • PLT LDR/SGT led = more involvement/buy in & better workout • Intermural participation 1st place in football, Frisbee, basketball • Weaknesses • Communication from Athletic Officer to PL’s • Communicating intent of PT plan

Physical Effectiveness Pillar Strategy • Create short, mid and long range plans • Determine intent of each PT day and cycle goals throughout the Academic Year • Communication with PL’s and PSG’s
