  8. Military Pillar Strategy • Seniors must empower their NCOs- verify accountability • NCOs must hold their subordinates accountable, even when unpopular • Building platoon integrity- PLs, PSs must be part of the counseling/disciplinary process

Physical Effectiveness Pillar Strategy • Have PT plan prepared a week in advance to improve communication • Will allow cadets to plan personal workouts around company schedule • Will ensure effective execution • Assist cadets struggling with PT, i.e. go running with them, promote healthy lifestyle

  15. Company Commander/TAC Comments • Victor is still a “new” company • Developing culture • No toleration of harassment or hazing • Can have issues of finding pride in itself • Needs to build healthy traditions to establish itself
