FARMACODINAMIA • Antagonistas competitivos H1 • SNC: sedación, somnolencia efecto antimuscarínico → ↓ actividad vestibular difenhidramina, dimenhidrinato, prometazina efecto antiemético: por AntiH1 y AntiM • SNP: efecto antipruriginoso • Respiratorio: ↓ secreción • Vascular: ↓ vasodilatación y permeabilidad capilar

  4. FARMACOCINETICA • Absorción: buenav.o. e i.m. • Distribución: 1ª : atraviesan bhe 2ª : escaso paso SNC • Eliminación: metabolismo hepático 1ª: t ½ corta → varias veces /d 2ª: t ½ larga → una vez /d

  5. APLICACIONES • Urticaria, edema angioneurótico, shock anafiláctico, picaduras insectos • Rinitis, conjuntivitis alérgica, dermatitis atópica • Trastornos vestibulares: cinetosis • Antieméticos, parkinsonismo • Resfriado común
