Current Status • Misaal sharifa from Huzurala TUS giving Raza Mubarak to DEB Construction for building the Masjid • Permits obtained from City of Fremont on original plans with Basement (Sept, 2002) • Open house and meeting at DEB Construction offices in Anaheim (Nov, 2002) • Re-submitted plans without Basement to City (Dec, 2002) • Permits obtained from the City of Fremont on revised plans without Basement (Feb, 2003)

Go Forward Plans • Aqa Moula (T.U.S) has bestowed raza mubarak for Markaz demolition on the day Chelum of Imam Husain (A.S) i.e April 22, 2003 • Aali Waqar Shahzada QaidJohar Bhaisaheb Ezzuddin Saheb DM will be visiting Fremont (Inshallah) the week after Chelum of Imam Husain (A.S) to lay foundation of the Masjid • Move essential items from Markaz-e-Mohammedi to Storage Place on April 12 & 13, 2003 • Vacate the Markaz-e-Mohammedi by April 13,2003

Go Forward Plans (contd.) • Get formal bid and contract negotiation with DEB. • Approach all sabil paying members in Jamaat to pledge Masjid khidmat commitments • Explore alternative locations for holding future events of • Jamaat Miqaats • Madrassah • Financial strength is the Key to fulfill our dreams of the Masjid

Go Forward Plans (contd.) • Imam Husain (A.S) Maataam Majlis on 9th Safar ul Muzaffar (April 11, 2003) at 7:40 p.m. • This will be our LAST occasion at Markaz-e-Mohammedi • Asbestos removal will commence in the week of April 14, 2003 • Utilities will be disconnected in the week of April 14, 2003
