Melaluievaluasi yang tepatbukanhanyadapatmenentukankeberhasilansiswadalammencapaitujuanpembelajaran, tetapisekaligusdapatmelihatefektivitas program desainpembelajaran yang telahdirencanakan. BerdasarkanTujuanInstruksionalKhusus (TIK) atauindikator, dapatdisusunalatpenilaianhasilbelajar yang akandigunakanuntukmengukurkeberhasilanpesertadidikdalammenguasaikompetensi-kompetensi yang adadalam TIK.
